- The project team undertook a full revision of the DA to maximise site’s potential, setting the foundation for a high-performing outcome by delivering a significant uplift in the site's valuation.
- With the fundamentals reset, we executed a tailored sales and marketing strategy designed specifically for Cove and the McDowall market.
The Results
- 100% Sold Out prior to completion
- New suburb price record of $1,320,000: surpassing the previous McDowall townhome price record by $270,000 and resetting expectations for the McDowall market.
- Achieving considerable DA revenue uplift
- Original DA Gross Revenue expectation: $18,948,000
- New DA Gross Revenue Outcome: $23,776,000
- $4,828,000 revenue uplift
