The ‘Erko’ project consisted of 322 apartments across five stages, valued at over $234 million. 100 percent of the project sold-out in stages over an 18-month period.

The project was the first of a number of large urban renewal projects to enter the Erskineville market and is now much-loved by its diverse range of residents.
